Aha! Something different from me for once. Tattoo design. 
Just in case it's ever asked, though I doubt it ever will be, NO you may not tattoo this on yourself, and if you do, trust me you'll feel STUPID when you find out exactly what this tattoo means. <_< Yes it's symbolic, and yes it's Bellicosus related. It's got a rather dark meaning to it so yeah...
Yeah, it's a tattoo that belongs to one of my characters, though technically two main characters have this tat but that'll be explained later. James and I are trying to keep most of the story to ourselves. :]
